Jimmy, Mikey, Craig, Jim, and other hosts, contributors, and affiliates of Investors Grow and Learn to Invest are active investors and traders. They may:

- Buy or sell the same or different securities and instruments discussed on the Platform, at any time, for any reason; and
- Follow or not follow the strategies, ideas, or opinions discussed on the Platform.

- Are under no obligation to update any disclosure they do make; and

Jimmy’s 48‑Hour Notice Policy. Jimmy has a personal policy that he does not buy a stock until he has informed the community that he intends to do so and has provided at least 48 hours’ notice so that community members can do their own research. This is an internal guideline only and:
- May change at any time without notice;
- Does not apply to all hosts or contributors; and
- Does not create any legal obligation, fiduciary duty, or guarantee of disclosure.
You should assume that any person appearing on the Platform may have an economic interest in the investments they discuss and that such interests may conflict with your own.

Any statement by a host, guest, contributor, or community member—whether on YouTube, in a livestream, in a chat, or anywhere on the Platform:
- Is an expression of their personal opinion only;
- Is not an endorsement or testimonial about Investors Grow, Learn to Invest, or any particular investment, product, or strategy; and
- Should not be relied on as a basis for making investment decisions.
The fact that a security, strategy, or service is mentioned or discussed on the Platform does not mean that it is appropriate or recommended for you.
8. No Warranties; Limitation of Liability (High‑Level)
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Platform and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied; and
